Large rounded ceiling plastered 🛠️

The existing ceiling was half boarded and half lath and plaster, we removed the whole ceiling and re boarded it with 12.5mm plasterboard and then skimmed ready for the customer to decorate 🤩

This job was very labour intense with it being a 4 story house and this room being in the loft with a skinny staircase making it difficult to get the plasterboard up 😩

A plastering job we recently completed! 🤩

Existing wallpaper removed uncovering a bad case of distemper.😳
We treated the distemper by washing the walls with sugar soap, stabilising and applying blue grit before skimming the walls and ceiling to a smooth finish ready for the customer to decorate. ✅
We also hand made some cupboard doors for an existing opening in the wall to create some storage space. 🪚

Concrete lintel installed internally to support the weight of the joists 🧱
Brickwork toothed out and a cavity tray installed 🛠️
External reveals rebuilt and a soldier course along the lintel 🏠

This customer had some of the K-render on their house fail and decided to have it replaced with traditional sand & cement 🏠

Removed all the failed K-render ✅
Made repairs to the block work and installed weep holes along the front of the veranda 🛠️
All re-rendered using sand & cement 🧱
Painted using K-rend masonry paint to match the existing render 🤩

Full house re-render, soffit and fascia replacement and DPC installation 🏠

Old rendering, soffit and fascia’s removed 🛠️
Dryrod DPC kit installed throughout the property ✅
New lead flashing fitted on the lean-to roof 🏠
All re-rendered and new white UPVC soffit and fascia’s installed 🤩
New air bricks installed on the DPC and then painted the DPC with a DPM paint 🧱

All left ready for the customer to decorate 🎨
