We were tasked with a pull up and relay of 106m of porcelain which had previously been poorly laid, no sub base, no slurry and in some places no mortar. All butted together with no grout joint. We pulled up tiles and ripped out base, put down type 1 and relayed on a full bed of mortar and slurry applied. 5mm grout joint and uncovered the 2 manhole lids that had been paved over, installed recessed lids and cut tiles into.
Needless to say the customers were extremely happy with the outcome
