Last phase of the Folkestone road job completed!
Wall has had a few days to cure now the render is done.

We replaced the broken bricks on the steps and extended the header course on the curve to create a step up to the block paved area.

We used autumn mix pencil edge tegula paving with a charcoal boarder.

This all ties in with other work we have done around the garden. Go check out the full video.

We have completed the first half of our 4th phase at Folkestone road! After we had already renovated most of their garden, our client decided to do away with their old shed to make way for a lovely sunny spot at the top of the garden!

Here we refreshed the low wall with a new sand faced header course and extended the brickwork at the top of the stairs to create a raised block paved area.

Next step is to render the back wall with a strong 2 coat render to tidy right up!

So we have completed our project on North Street, Dover. Our client approached us to rebuild his wall that was only built 1 year ago, the previous builder had done a terrible job and took money for very bad workmanship.

When we were taking apart the wall, we noticed no DPC (damp proof course) no drainage for the retaining wall and would you believe it, no footings either!!!

We rebuilt this wall properly and have left our customer very happy, with a wall that will last way longer than our 5 year guarantee!
