Another week, another PVC fascia and soffit replacement.

This took our fitters just two days to complete leaving Mr Montgomery very pleased "very hard to get high quality services these days" were his exact words.

New fence erected recently.

Splitting the fees with your neighbour is the most cost effective way to replacing your old, worn, run-down garden fence.

By doing so, these guys were able to go slightly higher with the boards to increase their privacy, all ready for a lick of weatherproof paint to add durability.

Invite a neighbour in for a cuppa and see if you can settle on replacing your boundary fence.

ADDED NOTE: We don't paint. We draw the line at painting. Any sort of painting... we will never envy anyone who likes to paint. 🤣🤣

Job completed recently in Hillsborough

Our customer wanted an external "face lift" on this semidetached dwelling with replacement double-glazed windows & doors, New fascia, soffit and guttering all in Anthracite Grey.

Paying attention to the finer details of fitting sills and slips while ensuring to prevent any potential drafts which can occur with replacement windows

Whilst replacing the fascias on the peaks, we discovered that verge tiles were loose with the mortar bedding coming away.

Rather than re-bed with coloured mortar that wont match the older tiles we offered a long term solution of installing a dry verge system that requires zero maintenance and looks fantastic against the grey to give a modern finish to this stunning property.

This customer had a few spaces like this, particularly in bedrooms. Its very common amongst 'story and a half' types of houses.

We provided a custom made solution that looks beautiful and fulfills those storage/wardrobe needs which was designed, manufactured in house and assembled by our team on site.

Made from solid Birch wood with a sprayed Lacquer finish to add durability and toughness, with 'push to open' and 'soft close' doors for added safety as this was for a young man's bedroom.
