Before & after of a nice local job completed this week 👌

We cleared the site, sheared out the trees and reclaimed the ground before levelling the full area.

We then broke out the rock on site and used it to create a solid, level hard-standing yard. Water and electricity were also brought into the site, leaving everything ready for the next stage of the project.

Cleared, levelled and services in, all in a few days. 💪

Another successful project completed.
This site required a reduced dig of approximately 1.5 metres through solid rock to achieve the required formation level. Rather than exporting the material, the excavated rock was reused on site, providing a cost-effective and sustainable solution.
The recycled rock was used to construct the new site entrance and create a solid stoned platform reducing waste and eliminating the need to import large quantities of aggregate.
The works included full site clearance, topsoil stripping, bulk excavation, rock excavation, site levelling, construction of the new entrance, and preparing the site ready for the next phase of construction. We take pride in delivering efficient, high-quality groundwork solutions while making the best use of materials already available on site.

More progress made on this project in Hillsborough lately.
With very limited access to the rear of the property once the house is built, we took the opportunity to complete all storm and foul drainage works ahead of time. We also poured the concrete sub-floor with a radon barrier and reinforced mesh. We also carried out the groundwork for the rear patio and garden areas.
In addition, foundations have been installed for a new greenhouse, ensuring everything is in place before construction progresses further.
A well-planned job that will save time, reduce disruption, and avoid access issues later in the build. Looking forward to seeing this project continue to take shape.
