Transforming two smaller rooms into a large open plan kitchen and dining room created the perfect space for both family life and entertaining guests.

More space was created outside by extending the driveway for more parking and replacing the old garage with a compact shed and boiler house.

✅Steel beam fitted
✅Chimney breast hollowed out
✅Fitted shelving and cupboard space
✅Replaced timber floor in dining room with tiles to match kitchen
✅Electrical wiring

✅Plastering
✅Replaced existing bath with quadrant shower pod

Outside:
✅Dug up portion of garden
✅Stoned and kerbed extra space ready for tarmac
✅Demolished existing garage
✅Installed concrete posts with black composite fence
