Some pics from a recent 4 channel CCTV install. The resolution from this Uniview system is second to none, and it records both video and audio. It's an analogue system providing a low cost alternative to a full PoE system but we wired it in Cat5e using baluns so a future upgrade to full PoE would be quick and easy. Photos of a recently completed job. This was a development of 6 apartments in Wakefield.

The client originally instructed a local letting agent turned builder to complete the works who took a large payment and promptly went bust leaving them in a position of having to complete a lot of the work themselves but their hard work and dedication has paid off and the results are fantastic.

Our role on the project was to design and install the electrical, fire detection system and access control systems. This included submaining, distribution and media and emergency lighting. We installed and commissioned an addressable fire alarm system in the common areas and a Grade D system in the apartments.
