At Inspectas Compliance Ltd, we are proud to support the campaign, devised by our friend Sam Crowe at OCR Surveying Ltd.

The campaign is helping local and facing real hardship during the winter months. Its first priority is to ensure children have a warm winter coat, with further funds going towards family meals through local schools, warm clothing and other essential support.

Sam has seen first-hand the difficulties some families face and, alongside OCR Surveying’s continued commitment to a winter-coat fund over the past three years, is making a £5,000 contribution this year.

We are grateful to Sam for bringing the community together around such an important cause.

Our industry has a strong tradition of supporting the communities in which we live and work. Inspectas is pleased to play a part, and we hope other businesses will consider making a contribution too—every donation can make a meaningful difference to children and their families this winter.

Work-related stress is now the #1 compliance issue in UK workplaces.

New HSE figures show 964,000 workers suffered work-related stress, depression or anxiety in 2024/25 — a record high, up 24% in a single year. It now accounts for 52% of all work-related ill health and 62% of working days lost.

Latest annual work-related fatalities – including – published by Health and Safety Executive:

Great Britain continues to be one of the safest places in the world to work, according to new analysis published by the .

The analysis comes alongside the annual release of HSE’s statistics for work-related fatalities for 2025/26, which show that 126 workers were killed in work-related incidents in Great Britain, while rates of mesothelioma from hashtag exposure have also fallen.
