We're hiring general labourers to assist with solar PV installations across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

It's a full time position (40 hours per week + overtime) and the salary starts at £13.50 per hour.

What you’ll be doing
• Assisting on-site teams to ensure seamless solar PV installations
• Assisting with loading/unloading of materials to site, and at our yard in Dromore, Co. Tyrone
• Preparing sites for PV installation, including removing debris, installing scaffolding, pulling cables, organising tools and undertaking groundwork
• Operating basic machinery under guidance

Who we’re looking for
• Qualifications aren’t essential; a willingness to work and learn on the job is
• Physical fitness is essential
• Driving license is preferred but not essential, but you will need to be able to get to Dromore Co. Tyrone daily
• Some travel is required, which may include overnights
• Someone who’s got an interest in renewable technology, or wants to learn more about a growing industry
• A CSR/CSCS card is preferred
• Someone who’s able to work tidily and be respectful, especially in customers’ homes.
• Someone with a good understanding of workplace Health and Safety requirements

What you’ll get
• Salary £13.50-£15 per hour, depending on experience
• On-the-job experience across a wide variety of sites and locations, building experience in the solar PV industry
• Training as required will be provided
