MK Waterproofing having to deal with yet another local failure - Shocking joinery work just covered by a rubber epdm sheet - numerous re-visits to the point after 3 years of trying they ran away from the job🤷🏻‍♂️🤪

We made this right the best we could given what we had to work with. Stop using Rubber - For one it’s black - it absorbs heat quicker and the adhesive delaminates rapidly and stop using GRP Fibreglass people it is not fit for movement in a roof - it cracks through vibration and movement through windows, doors and Garage doors 🙄

Liquid plastic - polyurethane with fibreglass reinforcement. It is elastomeric with 70% movement. It’s seamless and it’s backed with a 1mm thick self adhesive carrier layer under the system. That’s protection number 1. Base coat layer with 225mg fibreglass applied into the base coat - Protection number 2 that is then finished off with a solar protective top coat - Protection number 3 👊🏻 We work nationwide on Airports, Schools, Power plants you name it using the best materials on the market that you can’t buy off the shelf. Stop wasting your money people 💰

A recent inverted roof project on a high rise building in Birmingham city centre. Carrier layer and Fleece reinforced PMMA liquid system applied. 2 layers of insulation and ballast to complete the project on time and in budget 👌🏻

With what has been a very busy period and with some bad weather thrown in we are getting round to showing you the effort and pride that goes into our work.

This was the Horse and Jockey pub in Unstone after we were called to inspect why the 3 week old roof was leaking 👀 Now leak free with a 20 year guarantee. We are here to give advice even if you aren’t using us to do your roof 🤷🏻‍♂️- with 20 years experience if you are worried about who or what is being used for your roof we will happily cast our open and fair opinion. Too many people getting ripped off locally and some of the work and materials used is unforgivable 😡
