When runner Lizzy Holywell spotted a distressed woman trying to fish her dropped keys from a drain in Derbyshire, she offered to lower herself in to try to retrieve them with her bare toes.

"It's quite embarrassing now I actually talk about it," Lizzy said

So I hope everyone is getting into the Christmas spirit (it’s nearly December) it’s been a pleasure to work on the orchard square installing the Christmas lights and decorations. Orchard Square it looks amazing everyone should go and take a look and try out the bars and food 🎉
