This project in Jersey saw us install over 600 Simpson strong tie HD 255 construction brackets, 22,000 twist nails, over 30 sheets of plywood and 20 plus bottles of PU glue, we also installed many restraint straps and many more tec screws and steel fixings. This whole project was to try and resecure the Pozi joists back to the kingspan SIP panels. The original installation had only hung the hangers but not bothered to twist nail the joists to them.

Here’s a few wet room shower trays in a luxury home in Jersey, sadly they all failed due to thermal shock and incorrect commissioning procedures with the UFH.
My job was repair or replacement as required and sadly the whole lot needed removing and starting from scratch.

Old tiles removed, repair the sub base, weld all of the drains as none had been correctly installed and then cut and lay new tiles and mosaics.
