Calving shed PTZ installation. 🐄

We recently installed an Owl View Wise-ip PTZ camera for a farm in the Dumfries area. This camera allows the client to keep an eye on their cattle whilst they are calving….they can view the live feed via the mobile app or the monitor in their office. 📱🖥️

This particular camera unit boasts full colour night vision, two-way audio, pan tilt and zoom functionality and much more. 🕹️📸

3 camera system covering a property in Dumfries.📸

Consisting of 2 x two-way audio turret cameras and a single 25x optical zoom auto tracking PTZ camera.

Entrances are covered with motion detection zones, sending alerts to the clients phone whenever someone has entered the property. 🚨📲

The auto tracking PTZ can track and follow anyone who may be silly enough to enter without permission, the client can also speak through every camera with their built in microphones and speakers alerting any potential trespassers they are being watched. 🗣️🔊

New system for the guys over at the Toll Bar already doing its job. 👌🏽

CCTV UPGRADE

A big thanks to Phoenix Secure for revamping our security cameras in our store - It’s an excellent system!

We’ve already got some really good footage of a young lad who slipped a can of energy drink into his pocket before leaving the store. It seems he forgot to see our staff at the counter.

Hopefully he’ll see sense soon and pop back and pay, or else the appropriate action will be taken 😄

We’ve a cracking picture of him if anyone wants to see… any future employers maybe?

Interlinked AJAX fire alarm install for a new client in Dumfries.🚨

A massive system covering a massive property - with a mix of mains powered detectors and wireless detectors.⚡️🔋

All detectors are interlinked.🔗

When smoke, a sudden rise in heat or a dangerous CO2 level is detected all sounders in every device will come to life - alerting everyone in the property….keeping the system in line with the regulations.🔔🚨

Any user that is added into the AJAX app will be notified of an event no matter where you are in the world……perfect for clients who are away from home often. 🌍📲

The app has many features that allow the user to have complete peace of mind over their property from battery health, detector self testing, mains power failure, room temperature, the exact area of the property the detector alerted and the reason it was triggered and so much more.

In the event of a power cut to the property - the main hub panel can run for upto 16-hours independently and can connect to the internet via a 4G SIM card, allowing for alerts to still come through to the mobile app - after the hub has ran over the back up battery….all detectors will still run and trigger locally until the power is restored. 📶

Possibilities are endless with this system: integrated intruder alarms, water leak detectors, water shut off valves and even CCTV - all connected through the AJAX hub and viewed on the AJAX app.💦📸

Crime is on the rise in the region….get secured before it’s too late ⏰

CCTV can significantly reduce your chances of becoming a victim to crime….partnered with an alarm system the chances are even lower. Criminals will always go for the easiest targets.

Vehicle owners in Dumfries & Galloway are being asked to be vigilant due to a rise in the number of keyless vehicle thefts.
Thieves often target Ford vehicles, in particular Mk6 (2008 – 2017) Ford Fiestas and also high powered / super cars and we are asking car owners to stay one step ahead of criminals:

Review your security and take a few precautions to prevent this activity:

🏠 When you are at home, keep your car keys or fobs away from the car and don’t leave them near your doors or windows.
🔑 Consider using a signal blocking pouch (aka a Faraday pouch) to block the transmission of the signal from the car key. These can be purchased online.
🔐 Using a steering lock or pedal box can also be an effective deterrent and prevent your vehicle being stolen.
👀 If you have a garage, it is strongly recommended that you use it to secure your vehicle out of sight.
📶 Vehicle trackers and tracking devices are also a form of additional security and can assist in the prompt recovery of stolen vehicles.
