As some of you may know this year, a recent diagnosis hit incredibly close to all of our hearts. It reminded us just how precious life is, and how vital it is to stand together and support one another through the hardest of times. Following the amazing success of our charity day last year, it only felt right to come together and do it all again. After Grant’s diagnosis, there was no question about where this year’s contributions would be donated so we have decided to dedicate this year’s event to raising vital funds and awareness for Prostate Scotland and our incredible local team, Prostate Buddies, two organisations that do such life-changing work for men and families right here in our community. 💙

The total amount raised will be split equally between both charities.

💙 Father’s Day Cupcakes with a Purpose 💙

This year, my Father’s Day cupcakes are a little different.

Last year, I made Grant's 40th birthday cake. Less than a year later, he was diagnosed with terminal prostate cancer. It’s something no family should have to face.

Grant is now taking on an incredible challenge.. a charity cycle to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK and I want to do my part to support him and his family.

A back garden transformation completed today at the kingholm Quay!
Slabs are Cloud Grey porcelain 3×2s with a charcoal paving border around the perimeter of the patio and the astro grass! We built the walls in a grey common brick with an anthracite coping and finished off with black ice chips, to tie in with the colour scheme!
Really pleased how this one has turned out!

This patio we completed last week was a first with aged sandstone porcelain, ourselves and the customer are delighted with the outcome! Lovely area to sit in the sun and enjoy the weather ☀️

A couple of smaller jobs we've completed this week!

First garden was in summerpark replacing an area of grass with a fresh new pergola, with timber sleepers to form raised planters and a small patio area in rustic porcelain!

The second garden was in golf avenue, replacing old buff slabs and timber planters with new raj porcelain! We've built new planters in block and faced them up in the raj porcelain with anthracite porcelain to act as copings!

A big Garden Transformation that was completed this morning in Georgetown!

Drive extension with cushelle pavers and tarred once again by R.A.W Surfacing 🙌

Side path, cladded steps and patio area all laid in Cloud Grey Porcelain 3×2s

Our client is a keen Golfer so weve installed a Putting Green in an area of the garden that really needed a new lease of life, we are all really pleased how this has turned out! ⛳️

Tops of walls weve used anthracite porcelain borders to act as a coping and blend in with the charcoal pavers we shaped the Putting Green with! Finished of with black ice chips to keep up with the colour scheme!

New block paving driveway replacing the existing precast concrete driveway completed yesterday in natural grey pavers with a charcoal border, we also created a circle feature at the request of the customer!

This was our first back Garden Transformation of 2026 after a slow start due to the frost!

This was phase 2 of the garden as we did all the front for our customers a few years back, but due to a change of plan this was us finally getting round to the back garden! Because of this they had plenty of time to know exactly what they wanted us to do! You'll see from our final photo we got given that as a rough plan to follow!

Our customers had around 15m2 of Indian sandstone sitting from an old patio that had been lifted up! We decided to use them but mix them in with around 20m2 of new autum Indian sandstone with a cushelle block paving border! We created planters with modern timber sleepers and also ground level planters with the cushelle border! We laid around 100m2 of turf in 2 sections with a path dividing them up to where a new shed will be placed! Finally we finished up with plumb slate to break things up between the paths planters and turf and also adds another colour to the garden!

Its a little bit different from our typical gardens we do but we are really pleased how it has turned out!
