En-suite addition

This is definitely the smallest bathroom we’ve ever done.

The customers wanted to turn their childs bedroom cupboard into an en-suite and this was the final result.

Tiled walls and floor with the feature acrylic paradise wet wall panel. Never had so much grief from a parrot before! 😅

Brushed brass hardware.

Hidden feature lights on the acrylic panel wall.

We also added an en suite in to the master bedroom and upgraded the gravity fed hot water system to an unvented indirect cylinder.

Thanks to MKM Building Supplies as per usual for the designs and supply of all our materials.

Bathroom Renovation Completed in Monitheif

This was originally an empty space with this en - suite being added into the main bedroom

- Finished in the Midnight black iceland feature tiles around the shower area

- Hidden Led feature light to bring out the look of the tile

- Brushed brass fixtures through out

- Concealed double outlet shower valve feeding the rainfall and hand held shower heads

- Swiss oak fluted vanity wall hung sink unit.

We only have 2-3 spaces available left this year for any kitchen and bathroom renovation work depending on the size of the job.

First fix bathroom work.

This one had major water damage so it turned out to be an insurance job.

We do a-lot of insurance jobs and have plenty experience dealing with the claim side of things as well.

The customer contacted us after the insurance were originally refusing to pay out so we visited the property to investigate the problem.. after submitting a report with photographic evidence the claim was accepted.

If you have any water leaks that have caused damage to your house it can work out a-lot more beneficial to contact us first so we can assess the cause and damage of the leak then assist every step of the way in submitting your report, if you do have a genuine claim that can be made to your insurance company.

Renovation work completed in Invergowrie

- New windows and doors fitted through out the property.

- Chartwell green front door and side panels.

- Open plan bannister removed and partitioned off on the stairs.

- Hall plastered and all second fix joinery finishings completed.

- Electric board repositioned and upgraded to current standard consumer board.

- New entrance hall space created.

- New flooring fitted through out downstairs hall, living room and kitchen areas.

- Hall and living room radiators upgraded.
