Renovation work we completed the past 3 weeks.

Knocked down the wall separating the kitchen/dining areas to make one big open plan space.

Archway squared off and door blocked up with sliding barn doors added in.

External side door removed and bricked up.

40m2 of floor coverings fitted through out kitchen/dining area, living room and vestibule.

New skirtings fitted through out.

Standard radiators replaced for new designer radiators.

Kitchen fully rewired to current standards. Sockets, switches and lights renewed throughout kitchen/dining and living room

External french doors replaced.

living room plastered.

Sockets added in for wall mounted tv’s.

Completed an en-suite for Trish and Steve in their old house and they’ve always kept in touch championing our business and even sent gifts through for the birth of my Son’s . Thanks for all the support over the years!

60m2 of 9mm ply and LVT rustic oak flooring fitted throughout the entire flat.

Burford skirtings and facings fitted through out.

Customers own supplied Bedroom fitted furniture from Ikea installed.

Chimney breast wall altered to accommodate TV.

Sockets throughout the house fitted at skirting level raised in height.

Some internal doors replaced.

We have availability from the 18th of May for any renovation works.

Kitchen renovation complete in Errol from Jamie Ross and Daniel.

Clerkenwell super matt navy kitchen units finished with the storm grey marble square edge work top, designed and supplied from Howdens

Oak LVT herringbone flooring fitted through out.

Door removed and walkway opening created from the hall to kitchen.

New skirtings and facings fitted.

Radiator replaced and reposition with a vertical double panel for more heat output.

Ready to be painted.
