⚒️COMBINING TWO HOUSES AND FULL RENOVATION⚒️

Here are some pictures of this big project that’s on going.

Now the building warrants through after a long wait were ready now for the next stage of job which includes taking down the four main load bearing walls in the two houses and opening 4 large rooms into one big open living space with a 5 metre bifold door out the rear of the house.
A full length dormer upstairs making it the dream home for the client.
All steel delivered this week and ready to go so keep your eyes peeled as there will be more progress photos on there way.😄📷

I can supply a 3 sided high Efficiency electric fire complete with logs, crystal bed and remote colour change.

Installation includes;
Stud timber chimney breast built out from a flat wall or existing chimney breast & completed to plaster or Venetian plaster, Painter included if required.
This is available with or without a TV recess.

We can include features such as alcoves with spot lights as of the pictures or multi colour spots, a log box, oak mental piece, any mood lighting around the TV, skirting boards, coving & full electric⚡️works.
