Role Overview: We are seeking a professional painter with experience in taping, filling, and decorating. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all painting and decorating work is completed to the highest standard across various residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including taping, filling, sanding, and priming.
• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Accurately match and mix paints to achieve the desired color and finish.
• Decorate interiors and exteriors, including walls, ceilings, woodwork, and other surfaces.
• Ensure all work is completed with attention to detail, cleanliness, and within agreed timeframes.
• Collaborate with other trades and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a painter, with a strong background in taping, filling, and decorating.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in painting and decorating.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and specifications.
• Valid CSCS card (preferred but not essential).
• A valid UK driving license.

- Residential Refurbishments

- Extensions

- Fire protection

- Reactive maintenance

👋🏽 morning! Bit of a false start for me this morning 🥴 almost slept on for my 6.30am online exercise class…. Then when I joined my computer crashed 😂🤦🏽‍♀️ so I ended up missing it anyway. Was this a sign? 😂😂 Ended up just doing yoga and weights instead and now I’m sat planning out this weeks work tasks in peace whilst the house sleeps. 🧘🏽‍♀️ who is this person!!! 😂😂 a few months ago I would have just gone back to bed in a huff with myself and this would have impacted the whole week. Moral of the story…. (I think this is where I’m going with it..: 😂….) s**t happens…. But you just got to make the most of what you’ve got at the time and move on🥴🙌🏽🙌🏽

We are looking for a labourer to join our team and help with various construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general manual labour tasks such as lifting, carrying, loading materials and assisting with the installation of various structures. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and have experience in manual labour.

Responsibilities:

Follow safety protocols and regulations.
Lift and carry heavy objects.
Work in a team environment.
Operate tools and machinery safely.
Perform manual labour tasks such as digging, shovelling, and lifting.
