W A S T E R E M O V A L. 🗑️

We are currently looking for a rubbish removal company to uplift waste as and when required.

We currently have and opportunity to remove a load of rubbish on our St Andrews Phase Three.

This consists of tables and chairs from the current cafe approx along with some small sofas and other wate items

We also have a room in the first floor that required to be cleared.

What’s to come with the Perth Reno.

Full strip out, new kitchen doors floors, refurbishment of windows, the full works.

Final meeting set for Friday then start date will be agreed.

R E N O V A T I O N S.

As we started February with a full swing of the hammer on our phase 2 of our St Andrews renovation we’ve hit a few unexpected bumps with load bearing walls that weren’t on the engineer’s drawing.

Won’t be slowing us down as the structural engineers are coming out Monday and a plan will be made by lunch time.

Tuesday we will put that plan into action and continue on with no down days.

Along with this we have another meeting on our Perth Renovation on Friday with the property owner as there have been major planning issues with the local authority that look like are getting all in hand with a potential start date.

Along with a number of private clients jobs all approved we are flat out.

This was originally a sliding patio door into an extension. Few finishing touches then done.

S T A N D R E W S R E N O V A T I O N.

Phase one of our St Andrews Renovation completed just before Christmas.

Thank you to the whole sub contractor team and to our new painting and decorating partners.

Phase Two begins in a few weeks then a break and onto phase three.

2026 is going to be a jam packed year with renovations in Perth, major contracts work to be announced and a new Business Development Director coming on board.
