BAM - Dunfermline Learning Campus The new Dunfermline Learning Campus (DLC) is a visionary project, part of Fife Council’s ongoing commitment to invest in their school estate.

Situated on an area of land at Sandpiper Drive, within the Shepherds Masterplan Site, it will provide state of the art school accommodation, on a single campus. Designed to deliver the Scottish Government’s ‘Curriculum for Excellence’. The two schools will accommodate 2,700 pupils and are being built to achieve Passivhaus standards. They will also meet the Government’s requirements to be net zero

by 2045. It is currently programmed for the new schools to be completed, commissioned, and handed over in 2024.
