Dale recently installed my new heating system, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service.He came out to my house, gave me a great price with no sales patter, and carried out the installation with great care and respect for my home. He was friendly, tidy, professional and clearly very good at what he does.During the work, he also found a gas leak and sorted it out without charging me anything extra. As he said from the start, the price is the price — no unexpected extras.I would highly recommend Dale to anyone looking for a reliable, honest and professional heating engineer. Exceptional service from start to finish!

I was recommended DDJ Heating Engineers by a friend (word-of-mouth recommendations are always the best), and they completely lived up to the recommendation.

My old noisy boiler was literally on its last legs, so I needed a full replacement.

The engineer arrived right on time, had a fantastic, friendly demeanour, and was super easy to talk to. I felt totally comfortable asking any questions. They were extremely respectful of my home, cleared up thoroughly after themselves, and even managed to sort out the roof flue without needing expensive scaffolding, which saved me a bundle compared to other quotes.

On top of installing the new Baxi boiler (which is super quiet compared to my old one which sounded like a jet engine) and setting up my new Hive thermostat (which makes controlling the heating so much easier), they flushed the whole radiator system. My radiators used to barely get lukewarm, but now they get super hot!

It's a bit too warm out to run the heating full-time just yet, but I have absolute confidence that if I ever need help down the line, DDJ will be on it straight away. Bring on the winter! Highly recommended.

I couldn’t be happier with the service from DDJ Heating. He’s a local tradesman, and it’s great to support a local business that genuinely cares about its customers.

He was one of the cheapest quotes I received, but the quality of the work was outstanding. The entire heating system was installed in just one day, and everything was left spotless afterwards – he cleaned up every bit of mess.

The new system is fantastic and works perfectly. Throughout the job, he was professional, friendly, punctual, and kept me informed every step of the way. What really impressed me was the trust he showed by completing the work before asking for payment.

What a job today video below⬇️⬇️

Simple back boiler to combi and 6 radiators getting changed.

We started off with doing a gas tightness test which tests all the gas pipes connections and appliances in the house to make sure there’s no gas leaks. We found a 13mb drop over 2 minutes. Pretty big gas leak.

We hoped it was from the old back boiler and went to check at the end of the job after the back boiler was removed to find the gas leak still somewhere in the house.

We checked the gas hob and everything visible but couldn’t find it so started lifting floor boards and isolating sections of pipe. We eventually found it. Someone years ago had screwed a gas pipe in the customers daughter’s bedroom under the floor. The carpet had been down for years so the gas leak had been there for years.

We cut the old pipe out and replaced this. Free of charge. After spending a few hours looking for it. This should have cost over £300. But when I say on the quote it’s all included and no hidden extras. You can trust my word.

This should have been found on every service of the back boiler 100 percent.

Anyway it was good to finish the job in time for a quiet weekend. If you would like a quote for a new boiler or heating system give me a message you won’t be disappointed.
