Another just completed in Dollar for a returning customer,5 panels stripped back to sarking boards, re slated using new Spanish slate with some detailed slated diamonds to add some character to this building,new zinc ridging and lead work to dormers also installed 5 velux skylights last year

This job was a pleasure to work on, a listed building in a conservation area in the lovely village of Dollar.

250m2 of undersized scotch slate removed and disposed off

Breather membrane New

New bespoke decorative fascia

All wood work primed and painted

New zinc valleys

Lead flashings to two chimneys

New gutters and down pipes

New cold roof skylight installed

250m2 new Burlington heavy blue slates double fixed with copper nails
