Working at the early stages of a project, Raj develops detailed CAD and 3D layouts for ventilation and air conditioning systems — ensuring designs are practical, coordinated and ready for installation on site.

A recent project delivered in partnership with AEM, supporting the HVAC requirements on the Loftlines development.

Working within an existing red brick structure, the project required careful coordination, attention to detail and a considered installation approach to align with both the building fabric and wider programme.

Through close collaboration with the contractor team, Principal HVAC ensured systems were installed, tested and delivered in line with project requirements.

At Principal HVAC, modular plantrooms are built off-site in a controlled workshop environment before being delivered to site ready for installation.

This approach allows us to complete fabrication, assembly and testing in advance, improving quality control and reducing on-site installation time and disruption.

Hot water generated by the air source heat pumps is stored within buffer vessels before being circulated around the system through a four-pump arrangement — with three pumps operating on duty rotation and one acting as a standby backup for resilience.
