We highly recommend the team at JB Bentley and Sons if you’re looking to build your dream home. From the first interaction with Ivor we were really impressed by his direct approach and also his efficient nature. When it came to providing us with a quotation everything was clearly detailed so we could understand all of the costings. More than that, we really loved his open and honest nature to the project and we felt like this would be a company we could definitely work with.
Throughout the project both Ivor and Russell - the Project Manager - were unbelievable with communication - they exceeded our expectations in terms of addressing any questions or concerns that we had and came back to us really quickly if there were any small issues that occurred along the way. They proposed solutions quickly and nothing became a problem throughout the build.
People have often asked us how stressful it was building our new home and we have to tell them honestly it was not stressful at all because we had JB Bentley and Sons who managed everything so professionally and with ease.
Russell and the team stepped in to help where providers let us down and were able to recommend other trades such as tiling etc.
We are just so absolutely delighted with our new dream home - thank you all!
