Malplas currently are looking for an individual for maternity cover for the role of: Receptionist/Administrator
Roles and responsibilities:
- answer phone calls, screening & forwarding
- Assisting clients such as greeting clients and visitors
- Assisting colleagues
- Sorting and distributing emails
- Ordering and Payments
- Administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and planning
- Invoice & purchase price checking
The selected individual should possess the following skills:
- excellent customer service
- Competent in administrative tasks
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Time management
- Experience helpful
- Contribute positively as part of a team
*Competitive wage
*9am - 2pm Monday to Thursday
*Odd Friday
