▪️Vertical/horizontal flue cost:
A flue is a large pipe that connects the boiler to the outside of the house, and it is crucial in evacuating condensation and flue gases out of the building. A flue that exits horizontally usually incurs no extra costs, but a flue that exits vertically through the roof requires more work and, therefore, increases the cost. The need for a vertical flue can be unpredictable.

A plume kit is an additional extension for the flue of your boiler. It is needed when the flue is located too close to a window, door, neighboring property or other structure as per the Gas Safe regulations.

Warranties that cover a longer period of time, typically 10 years, can only be provided by authorized partners of manufacturers. These warranties may require the installation of additional equipment such as magnetic boiler filters and may come at an additional cost, but the peace of mind provided by a longer warranty is often worth the expense.
