Another week, another wall down and another steel installed 🔨🏗️

We seem to be doing these on repeat lately, but it’s always satisfying seeing the transformation take shape!

This one was a nice straightforward job for us, having completed an almost identical install previously.

The work included:
🔨 Removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room to create a much more open-plan living space.
🚪 Blocking up the old kitchen doorway.
🏗️ Installing the new steel.
🧱 Finishing everything off ready for decorating.

Another job ticked off and another home opened up! 👌

Phase 1 of this project completed Another wall removal completed! 🧱🔨

This one was a little more involved, with an old pantry and chimney to remove, plus a wall upstairs that needed taking out and rebuilding once the floors had been levelled back up.

This customer went for a exposed beam look as it will fit in with the style they are going for in the property

The changes have completely transformed the layout — giving us space to create a much bigger bathroom upstairs, while downstairs we’ve opened everything up to create a fantastic, spacious open-plan area.

Phase 2 complete on this project in Great Dunmow 🙌

Back in Phase 1, we removed a wall to open up the dining room and kitchen, creating one large, practical family space. Fast forward a couple of months and we were back to complete the transformation with a brand new kitchen and utility, supplied by , designed to make the space work even better for everyday living and entertaining.

A huge difference from where we started, and another very happy customer 👍

🏚️ From Severe Damp & Mould Damage to a Fresh, Healthy Space 💪

This room had extensive damp and mould issues caused by prolonged water ingress, leaving walls, ceilings, and timber structures heavily contaminated.

🔨 Works completed:
✅ Full strip-out of all affected plaster and damaged materials
✅ Removal of mould-contaminated surfaces and compromised timbers
✅ Identification and treatment of the source of moisture ingress
✅ Damaged wall and ceiling areas rebuilt and re-boarded
✅ Full re-skim of of affected walls and ceilings
✅ Ready for decorating and long-term protection against future damp issues

The transformation speaks for itself. What started as a room affected by severe mould growth and moisture damage is now clean, dry, and restored to a safe living environment.💪🏠

As part of the restoration work on the side of this barn, we were tasked with bringing this gable back to its original condition. All rotten timber was carefully removed and replaced with new laths and timbers before being traditionally re-plastered using breathable lime materials.

The finished result looks fantastic and is now ready for paint once fully cured. Big thanks to for supplying all the materials needed to complete the project 💪🏠

Braintree project wrapped up! This bungalow's exterior has had a total transformation! We've stripped off the old pebble dash, reapplied it in a smack brush pattern, and given the whole property a fresh coat of paint. Plus, a new oak porch and an upgraded pergola to complete the look!
