Big transformation on this one! 🔨🏠

We’ve completely transformed two existing bedrooms into one spacious master suite, complete with a brand-new en-suite and walk-in shower. 🚿✨

Finished off with new flooring throughout, modern downlights and fresh plasterwork, giving the whole space a clean, modern finish.

While we were there, we even managed to squeeze in the installation of 12 new timber double-glazed windows across a couple of classrooms, along with carrying out some much-needed cladding repairs 🪟🔨

And we didn’t stop there... 😅

There were also 20 new basins and 4 IPS units to get built and installed 🔧🚰
Safe to say, it was a busy one, plenty ticked off the list!

We’re seeing more and more homes affected by damp and cold spots caused by bridging & it’s something that shouldn’t be ignored 🏠❄️

On this project for a returning customer we stripped the external walls right back to tackle the issue properly. We then reframed, installed insulation, re-plastered, we also lowered and insulated the ceiling to further improve heat retention and overall comfort.

We upgraded the radiator to boost heat output and fitted a new triple glazed window for maximum efficiency

This kind of work doesn’t just fix the problem — it future-proofs the home and makes a real difference to comfort and efficiency.🏡🔥

Big transformation on this one 🔨🚧

We carried out a full renovation, converting an old kitchen into a brand new bathroom & it turned into a much bigger project than first expected.

Once opened up, we uncovered rotten floor joists and a failing timber lintel, all of which were replaced to make the structure safe and solid again. We also installed a new triple glazed window, blocked up an old doorway, and re-rendered the exterior for a clean, modern finish.

To top it off, we discovered a historic burst lead water main outside the property another issue resolved to ensure everything is sound for the future.

A challenging job, but a great end result and another happy customer 🙌
