We have asked our employees and contractors to inform us immediately if they, or any close family members, are experiencing symptoms of or are diagnosed with Covid-19 – please be aware that this may mean we have to cancel appointments at short notice to err on the side of caution. In this instance we will contact you directly in order for you to communicate as necessary to any customers of yours that employee may have visited – we all hope that this situation will not arise.
The following precautions are actively being used throughout our business:
• Encouraging good hygiene methods

• Increased stock levels to ensure production is met
• Postponing social and media events
• Self-isolation for 7 days if symptoms are experienced:
New continuous cough and/or
High temperature above 37.8 degrees Celsius
• Prioritising the ‘at risk’ group as per government guidelines when the appropriate time arises.
We are contacting all our residential customers, prior to attending their property requesting that they confirm if they, or a member of their household are in self isolation due to the coronavirus. This information is treated with strict confidence and personal information will not be shared.
In the event of an isolation situation we will rearrange the work to be completed when the household has fully recovered. We do not expect our employees or subcontractors to put their health at risk undertaking their usual duties.
As a valued customer we ask you to help by advising us if you experience any of the following:
