Hallway Wall -

This small wall needed to be repaired due to a water leak. The small wall required some plastering which was carried out by Joel Kane plastering 👌 once all was dry and ready the wall was mist coated using Armstead Trade contract matt 'White'. Then it was stain blocked using Zinsser UK BIN stain block, just to be double protected. And filled using Toupret UK interior filler. And then it was finally finished using Dulux Trade vinyl matt Quilted Calico 3.
All finished and matched in with the original walls in the clients hallway 👍

Play room:

This room was converted from a garage to a play room by G2 Construction and Consultancy
The plastering was mist coated using Armstead Trade contract matt 'White'. The play room ceiling was prepared and finished with vinyl matt 'Brilliant White'. The shower room ceiling was also mist coated and finished with Dulux 'Pure Brilliant White' Durable Eggshell. The walls in the play room were finished with Farrow & Ball 'Eddy' (shade of green).
All woodwork was filled with Toupret UK wood filler, primed using Dulux Trade 'White' uni primer and finished with Dulux 'Pure Brilliant White' eggshell.
All nicely completed for a lovely customer and great builders ✔️👌👍

Cinema room:

This room had a nice change of colour.
The walls were prepared with Toupret UK interior filler. Once the preparation was completed on the walls they were finished with Dulux Heritage Velvet matt (Farrow & Ball colour matched to Hague Blue). The radiators and window sill were primed with Dulux Trade uni primer 'Hague Blue' and finished with Dulux Diamond Satinwood 'Hague Blue'. The skirting was prepared and finished with Dulux Diamond Satinwood 'Pure Brilliant White'.

Loft conversion:

This lovely loft conversion was decorated for Shire Lofts the client picked some lovely colours from LickPro which was a pleasure to work with.
The walls and ceilings had been previously plastered, so we used Armstead Trade contract matt to mist coat them. The ceilings in the bedroom and hallway were also finished with Armstead contract matt 'White'.
The walls in the bedroom were prepared and filled using Toupret UK filler and the walls were finished with Lick 'Beige 01' matt.
The en-suite bathroom ceiling and walls were finished with Lick 'Taupe 05' eggshell.
The hallway ceiling was finished with Armstead contract matt 'White' and the walls were prepared and finished with Valspar (colour matched to the previous colour). All bare wood was primed with Dulux Trade uni primer 'White' and all woodwork filled with Toupret wood filler and finished with Dulux oil based 'Pure Brilliant White' satinwood. The banister was filled with Liberon wax which was matched to the same colour as the banister and was then finished with Polyvine Ltd clear varnish.

Exterior:

This large exterior in Radlet had a lovely re-decoration, keeping the same colour scheme and making it look nice and shine again. QM Scaffolding provided some brilliant scaffolding as always for this large project to make this decorating possible.
The masonry was cleaned, prepared and filled with Toupret UK exterior masonry filler. Whilst various extra patches around the property were rendered and made good again by Joel Kane plastering. The masonry was finished with Sandtex masonry paint 'Pure Brilliant White'. The wooden timber frames and fascias were prepared, filled and finished with Bedec: The Paint Company Barn Paint matt finish in 'Black'. All window sills were prepared and finished with Bradite one coat exterior tile paint 'Red'. Both chimneys were cleaned with Ultra Grime Solution and then undercoated with Dulux Trade oil based exterior undercoat for added protection for the future. Once dry the Sandtex masonry paint was applied on both chimneys. The front door and frame were prepared and finished with Zinsser UK Allcoat 'White'.

Bathroom:

This nice bathroom had a lovely freshen up after the tiler had finished his work. The ceiling was prepared and finished with Dulux Trade Diamond Eggshell 'Pure Brilliant White'. And the door had a new door handle and lock fitted. The woodwork was filled using Toupret UK wood filler. The door had to be sanded down and Zinsser UK primer sealer was applied to prevent further peeling. Once all was ready the door and frame was finished with Dulux oil based satinwood 'Pure Brilliant White' 👌✔️

Bathroom, utility, hallway & kitchen:

This nice property in Shenley was completed for G2 Construction and Consultancy.

The bathroom ceiling was finished with Dulux Trade Durable Eggshell 'White Mist' and the bathroom walls were finished with Dulux Durable Eggshell 'Mineral Mist'.

Utility and hallway ceilings were finished with Dulux vinyl matt 'White' Mist'. And the kitchen ceiling had a spray finish with Dulux Durable Eggshell 'White Mist'. Thank you to Obsessed Decorating for spraying the ceiling 👌

Utility, hallway and kitchen walls were finished with Dulux Durable Eggshell 'Just Wallnut'.

All woodwork throughout was finished with Zinsser Allcoat (Dulux mixed colour) 'Just Wallnut' to give greater protection.

A lovely finish throughout for two lovely clients who chose some lovely colours 👌✔️

This bedroom had a colour change for a repeat client.

The pink walls had to be blanked out 3-4 times using Armstead Trade contract matt 'White'. Plenty of preparation was needed on these walls. Lots of cracks were raked out and filled using Toupret UK interior filler several times. Stain blocking on parts of the walls were also completed using Zinsser BIN.
Once the preparation process was completed on the walls, the final colour was applied. Dulux Trade Diamond Matt 'Natural Hessian' was the chosen colour. A nice neutral colour looking nice and fresh 👌✔️
