We're SO close. Just four sponsorship spots stand between us and a completely sold-out Ring of Hope 2026:

We're asking, genuinely asking, for four businesses to step up. Because this isn't about a table or a banner. It's about Louise, 40, fighting stage 4 brain cancer and needing treatment the NHS won't fund. It's about Sarah, battling stage 4 melanoma, fighting for more time with her kids. Four spots could be the difference in what we raise for them.

Last year, this night raised £100,000 and made local TV news. The whole city watched. This year could be even bigger, and the businesses who stepped up will be the ones in the room, on the screens, part of the story.

🚧 Cheers to 10 years! 🥂

Last Friday afternoon, the secret was finally out... colleagues, friends and family pulled off the ultimate surprise for our MD Calum to celebrate Zenith's 10th anniversary! 🎉

The drinks were flowing 🍻, the Greek gyros didn't stand a chance 🥙, and the cake? Let's just say it didn't last long 🎂

Ten years of hard hats, hard graft and a whole lot of laughs along the way 🧱💪 None of it would've been possible without the absolute legends who've been on this ride with us. To our brilliant team, our families, and every client and partner who's backed us from the ground up... thank you!

🎉 We’re officially 10

Today marks 10 years of Zenith Developments Group.

From where it all started to where we are today, it’s been a decade of hard work, strong relationships, big projects and a lot of graft along the way.

There have been early starts, late finishes, challenges to overcome and plenty of milestones to celebrate… and we wouldn’t change any of it.

A huge thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey so far. Our team, our clients, our partners and everyone who has supported Zenith over the last 10 years.
This is just the beginning.

🌐 Project Complete: New Zenith Website

Delivered on time. On budget. And no snags… we think 👀

To celebrate turning 10, we’ve completed a full rebuild of the Zenith website.

The brief was simple:
Make it slicker, faster and easier to use… and make sure it actually shows what we’re about.

The result:
🛠️ Everything in one place
⚡ Faster and smoother
🏗️ A proper reflection of Zenith

No hard hats required for this one… but we’re still calling it a successful handover 😅

🎉 New logo… same Zenith

As we get closer to hitting the big 10, we thought it was only right to mark the occasion with a fresh 10 year anniversary logo 👀

You’ll be seeing it popping up over the next few weeks as we count down to the milestone.

10 years of graft, growth and getting the job done properly… had to give it a badge to match 🏗️

🛠️ Project Complete: B&Q Great Yarmouth

We’ve recently completed the refurbishment of four customer toilet facilities at B&Q Great Yarmouth, delivering a modern upgrade aligned with current B&Q standards.

The works included a full Mechanical & Electrical upgrade, installation of new IPS units, and the replacement of all toilet cubicles. All walls were finished with Whiterock hygienic cladding to improve durability and make maintenance easier.

New sanitaryware was installed throughout, giving the facilities a clean, refreshed look for customers using the store.

Another great effort from the team to deliver a high-quality refurbishment.

We’re not saying the Easter Bunny works at Zenith… but we’ve never seen them and Calum in the same room at the same time 👀

Thanks to a bit of AI magic, our MD has been spotted doing his bit this Easter, making sure all the team received their well-earned Easter treat boxes 🍫

🏗️ Steel erecting zone where you can bolt together real steel frames (next stop… the Shard 👀)

🔐 Client Testimonial: HMP Wealstun

We’re proud to have recently completed the D Wing shower project at HMP Wealstun, delivered on time and in a live custodial environment where safety, coordination and professionalism are critical.

Projects within prisons require close collaboration with security teams, escorts and operational staff to ensure works are carried out safely and without disruption to the wider establishment. Our team worked closely with everyone on site to maintain strict security procedures while delivering the project efficiently.

Receiving such positive feedback from the Head of Security is a fantastic reflection of the professionalism, respect and attention to safety shown by our team throughout the project.
