EICR’s all up to date,

Landlords are you maintaining your rental properties and keeping ontop of your certificate’s?

The private rented sector states that every 5 years your rented property should have an up to date certificate and even earlier for those in HMO or high risk housing which may require more frequent testing and checks.

As a tenant they are well within their rights to request a EICR report before moving in so let’s not get caught out, non compliance to the PRS and result in up to £30,000 in financial penalties😬
