Is your old cement verge battered and cracked ? This may look like a minor issue but can be the cause of further problems. This verge had been letting water in causing the old fascia/ soffit to rot resulting in us being called out to replace the fascia,soffit and guttering aswell as re felting a section which had also been damaged by water ingress and installing a dry verge system which means zero maintenance or any more water getting in and causing any more problems.

Recent work carried out these old wooden lintels had started to rot really badly which has caused the above brick work to fall so before further damage occurred we installed these sand stone lintels adding a quality feature to the front of this property aswell as bricking up this other section and replacing the old guttering / down pipe around the bay window.
