First floor renovations turning what was 2 bedrooms into 3 bedrooms, master with en-suite, separate bathroom and upstairs laundry room. Chimney removed, ceilings lowered and stud walls formed, ready for the electrician now.

One of the old buildings on the farm, the wall had collapsed in places and the cattle could get on top so wall rebuilt and pointed, new concrete laid, blocked up and barriers installed and turned into a feed passage! Good for another 100 years now!
