Shutter replacement complete! 👏

We removed the existing non-compliant shutter and replaced it with a new, fully compliant system.

This one came with a few extra challenges due to the raised internal floor and limited side room, but our team worked around the space to ensure a safe, secure, and professional installation.

We removed an old manual swing door and replaced it with an automatic bi-folding door set with built-in locking, improving both accessibility and security.

To complete the installation, we integrated the new door with the client's existing access control system, timers, and intruder alarm, ensuring everything works seamlessly together.

🔒 UPGRADE COMPLETE!

The old sliding door was removed and replaced with a brand-new Gilgen sliding door, delivering a smooth, reliable upgrade with improved performance.

We also added manifestation to the glass for enhanced safety and visibility, helping reduce the risk of accidental impact.

On this job, the existing entrance was taken back to the structural opening, and we supplied and installed a new leaf and third system to provide a clear 1000mm opening.

We also installed a complete access control setup, including:
✅ Video intercom
✅ Electric locking system
✅ Digital keypad for staff entry
✅ Request-to-exit button

All works were completed in just one day to ensure minimal disruption.

HUGE project completed at Bishop Auckland College!

A huge shoutout to our team for the incredible work delivered on this recent installation 👏

Beyond the installation work itself, the team carried out full coordination and liaison with architects, the principal contractor, site management, and access control contractors to ensure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

The scope included:
🚪 Removal of 4 pairs of swing doors to the main entrance
🚪 Supply & installation of 2 single sliding & 1 bi-part sliding automatic door packages
🚪 Removal of a double door set and installation of a single sliding automatic door system
🚪 Installation of an automatic swing door

This was a complex project with multiple moving parts; the attention to detail and teamwork shown throughout were outstanding.

Proud of the effort and delivery from everyone involved, a great example of what our team can achieve together 💪
