We have finished something we're really proud of in Sunderland.

A full side extension, rear extension, breakthrough and kitchen installation for a couple who wanted a proper open plan kitchen and dining room. From breaking ground right through to the last stroke of the paintbrush, we managed every stage ourselves, including the flooring.

This is exactly what we love doing. One team, one point of contact, managing the whole project from start to finish so the homeowners didn't have to chase anyone or worry about a thing.

On a domestic project, YOU (the homeowner) are treated as the “client” under CDM 2015, but your duties are normally passed to the people doing the work.

If you appoint a Principal Contractor (and Principal Designer where needed), they take on the day-to-day health and safety planning and management.

That’s why it matters who you hire. Ask if they’re CHAS accredited, insured, and CDM compliant.
