When they tell you the house has been cleaned and is ready for completion 💩🙈

In all seriousness... this customer had a bird in the loft a couple of weeks before they were due to complete and they were told by the builder that the loft space had been "sanitised".

We carried out a pre completion inspection the day before the customer was due to complete and found this mess waiting for us. The HSE advises there is a risk of psittacosis and other diseases associated with bird droppings so the cleaning of this space should be handled with care and especially not left waiting for the customer on their completion day.
