Venturing a little further for this job to stroud, start to finish job which began with replacing this tired conservatory with a modern bright extension. We then knocked through the back of the house turning three rooms in one big flowing kitchen dining area with underfloor heating throughout and created a new practical utility area in the back of the garage. External works were 60m2 of porcelain all around the property as well as steps up to all external doors.

This job we wrapped up before Christmas consisted of a full garage conversion into a new downstairs bedroom, a separate kitchen and dining area knocked through into one space, new kitchen fitted, plastering throughout as well as blocking up some external and internal doorways.

Happy new year! As we look forward to another year here is one of our completed extensions from 2025. This small flat roof kitchen extension was added to create a new sleek and rustic kitchen/dining area for these customers allowing them more room to share this space as a family. Other works include new bifolds in the living room, new fascia’s and gutters across the rear of the property and a new back door in the garage.

Statement four bedroom house completed, constructed on an elevated corner plot on a popular estate. This place fits right in!

A large retaining wall was built along the boundary of the land to create a useable garden area as well as a block and beam patio overlooking views to cam peak. The house consists of four bedrooms one with ensuite, a bright open plan kitchen and dining area and a snug lounge. The existing neighbouring property was also fully renovated for individual resale.

Changing existing spaces! The rear of this property was a muddle of dark small rooms, we redesigned the existing footprint to create a bright garden room with roof light and a functional w/c and utility as well as creating more space in the existing kitchen. We also re landscaped part of the garden to help the two areas flow. A fiddly job which will now change the way this customer lives ☀️

Two lean to extensions ticked off on this local job. The small extension created a downstairs shower room and utility area, and the larger extension as you can see has enabled these lovely customers to have a bright kitchen diner area they can enjoy. Other works included a 3 metre wide knock through, dividing the existing lounge area to create a new play room, and also creating a new high level window opening for more natural light.

Back to bricks!

Massive renovation undertaken on a personal project for the team over the past 3 years! This over 250 year old end of terrace cottage in the rural area of Berkeley got given a new lease of life to create the perfect family home.

The works started with ripping out, taking down the two extensions and clearing all the gardens.

Main works included renewing the main roof structure, forming a single story on the front and large double story extension on the back of the property doubling the footprint of the house. Reconfiguring the layout of the whole house so it flows giving a light spacious feel of a modern property whilst also respecting the history. Reinstating old feature brickwork and arch’s back to their former glory. Installing a new floor through the cottage adding insulation and underfloor heating. Creating two patio areas for sun all throughout the day and re fencing down the one side for privacy. Off road parking was also put in for the future homeowner aswell as an electric charging point to take this old beautiful cottage another step into the modern day. As expected it had a full rewire and new plumping works were carried out, brand new doors and windows with feature bifolding window to the rear looking out onto the enclosed rear garden area.

A lot of long hard hours went into the property from the team but we have exceeded our own expectations with finished project! We hope you all like it too.

Extension complete. A Large flat roof extension with roof light and underfloor heating constructed to facilitate a new kitchen and living area for this family. The team also re configured their downstairs layout to create an extra bedroom/study, utility area, downstairs shower room and a spacious hall way to help the house flow perfectly!
