COMBI CONVERSION

New Baxi 830 Combi 2, boasting a 10 YEAR MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY.

Upgrading benefits of a combi are-
Mains pressure water Hot & Cold improving shower pressures without noise of shower pumps.
Reduced energy bills due to instantaneous hot water not heating of unused hot water.

Existing system was an old unvented cylinder and heat only boiler. Moved location of boiler to loft and removed old boiler and cylinder creating room more storage space. Run new pipework to suit.
System flushed with chemicals, magnetic filter and air separator installed to remove all dirt. Inhibitor added on completion reducing breakdown of products in CH system keeping system clean.

30kw Combi installed and registered providing a 10 year manufactures warranty.

All new Boilers must be serviced each year for manufacturers warranties to be valid.

HEAT ONLY BOILER REPLACEMENT

Boiler installed this week, as the old boiler’s fan decide to give up. Due to the fan being very expensive to replace on a 20+ year old boiler. The customer decide to call us for a new boiler quote.

Once a visit was made to view and price following works. A quote was sent via our software. The quote was accepted by the customer and booked it.

New Baxi 816 Heat only boiler was installed.
System flushed with chemicals and magnetic filter to remove all dirt. Inhibitor added on completion reducing breakdown of products in CH system.

A 816 Heat was installed and registered providing a 10 year manufactures warranty.

This property is a rental so a new gas safety certificate was provided on completion of work for the landlord.

OLD LEAD WATER MAINS.

Old Lead water mains suppling this cottage. Cut out old pipework, and renewed with new MDPE straight out the meter. Drain c**k and new stopc**k fitted so house supply can be easily isolated and drained down if needed.

BOILER INSTALLATION

Boiler installed last week. Moved location of the boiler via plans for new kitchen to be installed in coming weeks.
All radiators were fitted with new TRVs(thermostatic radiator valves). New CH pump installed. Replacement radiator in lounge, single panel to double panel to provide more heat in those cold winter months. System flushed with chemicals and magnetic filter to remove all dirt. Inhibitor added on completion reducing breakdown of products in CH system.

RADIATOR WORKS.

Radiators existing pipework was surface mounted to 2 old radiators. Drained down system removed old pipework. Chased walls for new pipework. 1st fixed and protected pipework for new radiators and wall to be filled and decorated (plastering and decorations organised by customer).
Returned to supply and fit 2x new radiators and TRV valves. Filled system with system inhibitor upon completion and tested.

SHOWER ROOM INSTALLATION.

Supplied and installed bathroom furniture and shower facilities. Ran through all the different options and different styles with the customer to make their transformation as easy as possible for them. Ran through all the stages of works so they knew the process and timescales throughout.
1st Fixed all pipework to the layout they wanted.
2nd fixed furniture
Tested all works.
Sealed and cleaned.
Always allow 24hrs before use so sealants can dry to provide that long lasting waterproof seal to stop any unwanted future mishaps.

DO YOU SUFFER WITH LOW WATER PRESSURE?

In older built homes, the odds are you have a vented cylinder, which means hot water is fed via gravity from the cold-water storage tank usually in the loft.
Upgrading to a unvented hot water cylinder gives benefits of-
1.   Improved water pressure
Because unvented systems are supplied by mains water (making your showers much more pleasant). There are built-in safety devices on these systems, ensuring that the level of pressure is safe. NO NEED FOR NOISEY SHOWER PUMPS!
