🔧 Fabrication Focus – Parlour Screen Frame & Bracket 🔧

Another small but important job for the same rotary parlour set-up.

We’ve fabricated a heavy-duty frame and hanging bracket to securely mount their system screen where it’s visible and protected while the parlour is running.

The frame was sent away for galvanising to handle the harsh parlour environment, and the screen surround has been sprayed in gloss black to keep everything looking tidy while standing up to years of use.

Simple bits like this make a big difference day-to-day — keeping equipment safe, easy to read and out of the way of cattle and wash downs.

🔧 Fabrication Focus – Rotary Parlour Access Ladder 🔧

Another job finished up and away to its new home on a local dairy farm.

We’ve fabricated and fitted this access ladder for their rotary parlour to make day-to-day jobs that bit easier and safer for the team working the cows through.

This one was sent off for galvanising to make sure it'll stand up to plenty of hard use for years to come.

You might also spot the stainless steel parlour feed trough in the background — that was another fabrication designed, built and installed by our team.

What a brilliant day at Ryedale Show!

We were genuinely blown away by how many of you took the time to stop by for a chat about your upcoming projects – and to hear that so many of you were impressed by what you saw meant the world.

Building our trade stand as a mini steel frame kit building was a real talking point, and a great way to show the quality and finish we’re proud to put our name to.

It was very much a family effort, too – Eliza and Archie took their sticker-and-sweet-giving duties very seriously, making plenty of new farming friends along the way. Possibly the most important job of the day!

A huge thank you to everyone who came over – we’re already looking forward to next year. We’re busy working through the enquiry forms and everyone will have the details and estimates they requested over the course of the next week.

Here’s to a great show season – and building what’s next, together.

🥳 We did it again! Following our inspection visit last week, we've just received our UKCA Certificate of Conformity from the panel at Centre for Assessment Ltd for the second year in a row.

Being UKCA accredited means we continue to meet the legal requirements of the EN1090 Standard, giving our customers peace of mind that the structural steel fabrications we create for them are made using the highest of standards.

Huge thanks go to our brilliant team for keeping up the quality craftsmanship in the workshop, and excellent works out on site. We couldn't keep our standards so high without you all behind us!
