Inverted Balcony Rescue & Aesthetic Upgrade!

This balcony was a complete disaster—previous builders attempted to use porcelain tiles, but without the proper waterproofing, it resulted in leaks and damage. 💦❌

We stepped in and completely transformed it using Flexitec 2020, a highly durable GRP waterproofing system. But we didn’t stop there! To meet the homeowner’s vision, we installed a drainage channel to divert the water away from the bifold doors and added a seamless finish that replicates the original tile design. This way, it still looks stunning—just like the tiles the homeowner originally loved—while providing ultimate protection. ✅💪. We can’t wait to go back to get some more pictures when the glass has been reinstalled.

Here’s a recent project where we turned things around for our client after a previous roofing job went wrong. The original roof was poorly installed, with failed waterproofing that just couldn’t stand up to the elements. 🌧️💦

🐠 Another project started and finished in Felbridge this evening! we completed a Restec Flexitec pond overlay for a client. While we usually use this product on roofs, it was a fun and rewarding change of pace. Plus, the fish are going to love it!

Here’s what we accomplished:

We tackled a roof repair for a boiler room with rotten rafters. Our team installed new treated timber rafters, lead soakers and Code 4 lead flashing to the wall, providing excellent protection against the weather. After that, we carefully relaid the ridge tiles, giving the roof a refreshed and secure finish.
