Would you spot this before it started leaking?

This radiator at a landlord’s property in East Grinstead was heavily corroded along the front and bottom edges. Leaving it could eventually have resulted in a leak and avoidable damage to the property.

I replaced it with a new radiator and checked everything was working correctly.
