⚠️ Hearing scratching from your chimney?
It could be a bird nest — and the law says it can’t be removed until October.
Under the Wildlife and Countryside Act, active nests are legally protected from March–September. That means no chimney sweep can remove them while occupied, even if the flue is blocked.
