Another home saved-someone had previously re roofed this one,yet another cowboy job using the glue and hope it works cheap black epdm.

We sorted it out PROPERLY now and it is all good for atleast 20yr

We have been extremely busy for the past few months and trying to catch up on all requests and getting out to see jobs of late has been difficult,we are doing 7 days and late nights and apologies to anyone we have missed.

Another one complete this week this time approved installation only on behalf of bluestage who use our approved and highly skilled fitters.

Lead grey Renolit alkorplan 1.5mm reinforced single ply membrane mech fix with timber hard edges and 120mm king span insulation.

Water check,bespoke box step up and soil vent stack all hand PVC fuse welded.

Ongoing job finished in shawlands yesterday.

Home from Newcastle on Thursday and finished this off in the Friday.

New Vapour control layer
New insulation
New top quality single ply membrane

All hand pvc fuse welded seams and perimeter details.

Return visit when render is complete to finish cap trim and install a bespoke abutment gutter detail

Porch overlay and new fascia’s
and complete strip of metal sheeted garage that was giving lots of water ingress from both the condensation from underside of metal sheets and lack of front guttering and down pipe.

New fascia and reinforced renolit single ply membrane to porch roof

New 18mm exterior grade plywood
Renolit poly glass seperation layer and Renolit
Alkorplan F reinforced membrane wully hand fuse welded to Renolit alkormetal trim.
