Day 32 (first bonus day) of 5k-a-day challenge in aid of Kilbryde Hospice!

Thanks to Mark Rafferty of Mr Blonde barbers/hair salon in Glasgow (check them out - https://mr-blonde.uk/). Grateful for the donation but hes making me do it backwards again.

Think we're now past £5,000 now including offline donations. So grateful for all the donations. One more day tomorrow.

Today I'm a Damada Group asbestos removal operative. For anyone who doesn't already know; we deal with all aspects of compliance/removal and so thought I should run a couple of miles in my team's shoes!

Day 30 of 5k-a-day challenge in aid of Kilbryde Hospice.

Thanks to Callum Nisbet DipPFS for the cracking costume idea and donation. Tried my best to cobble a decent attempt at Victor 👴 from Still Game but ended up looking like a spare pr*ck 😅

Final push - Thanks for all the donations and motivation. We've now raised over £4,400!!

While the intention was to finish at the end of the month, for every £75 donation from now, im extending it a day with a run in a costume of your choice. Already extended the period by 2 more days thanks to donations.
