We are looking for a multi trader.
Procision is a successful and growing property maintenance company. We are based in Surrey near Hampton Court and cover all areas of London. We have several on going contracts with major high end estate agents, customer service is of great importance to us and our clients. We are looking for a professional who is self motivated and well presented. There is great opportunity for growth with in this role. To be a successful candidate, you will need the following:

Friendly and professional manner.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Good time keeping. Be self motivated.
Clean and tidy appearance.

Be able to carry out all aspects of building & plumbing to a high standard:

Plumbing.
Painting and decorating.
Carpentry.
Tiling.
Bathroom and kitchen installtions would be a bonus, but not essential.
General handy man works.
Plastering would be a bonus, but again not essential.

You must be a clean worker, all jobs must be left as they are found. We work in tenanted properties.
We work on a high volume and cover a large area, so you must be willing to travel.
Be able to provide up to date references.
We are looking to employ the applicant on a full time basis. This is not a short term job. You would be joining a great team of skilled operatives.
We will provide a van, pay your fuel and parking expenses weekly. You are required to have your own tools.
We provide uniform and ID.
You must pass a criminal reocrd check.

One of our teams has started a new job at the home one of the Chelsea players (he shall remain nameless). Incredible to see how the other half live, what a fantastic house for such a young man. All the driving his parents must have done, from training to matches from such a young age has really paid off!
