Our first week in Surbiton 👌🏻

From the initial landscaping and site preparation, through to installing the ground screw foundations and getting the main structure up — all in just 5 days.

A pretty serious transformation for one working week, and a great example of how quickly a properly planned garden room project can start taking shape.

Big thanks to Direct SIPs ltd for their fantastic panels, system and service. Also a big thanks to FIRST BASE Ground Screws for providing their unbeatable screws which made light work of this ground.

GROUND SCREW FOUNDATIONS — SURREY & UK-WIDE

After installing ground screw foundations across Surrey and further afield, we’ve decided to properly build out this side of the business.

The aim is simple: make ground screws easier to understand, easier to specify and easier to buy — whether you’re a homeowner, builder, landscaper, garden room company or working on a larger commercial project.

We installed the ground screw foundation and timber subframe in a single day, creating a strong, accurate foundation ready for the customers shed.

SNEAK PEEK 👀 | ESHER PROJECT

A sneaky pre-finish at our finest bespoke garden room projects in Esher — and this one has been a serious transformation.

Designed and built to create a substantial new living space at the end of the garden, with a striking dark exterior, full-height glazing and a completely tailored internal layout.

This is far more than a standard garden room. It has been designed around the client’s exact requirements and built as a genuine extension of their home.

We’ll be revealing the completed interior and full project shortly — this is definitely one to watch. Award winner 🏆

Our showpiece project in Esher has undergone huge transformation over the past weeks, we haven’t been able to keep up with our posting 😬 a few snippets here… including a rollable media wall ready for whirlpool bath viewing on them colder evenings 😎 we’ve got tanking and tiles on the wall in the bathroom 🙌🏻 and we’ve even got as far as plaster and paint on the walls. Big thanks to for making it happen today. Kitchen is on route and the troops are inbound next week after finishing another beauty in Esher round the corner. Photos to come…
