Customer contacted us after noticing water coming through the kitchen ceiling.

Following a full inspection, we identified the issue. A small chip in the bath had developed into a hole, causing the leak.

The customer initially expected the worst, assuming the entire bath would need replacing due to it being fully tiled in, meaning a costly and disruptive job.

Fortunately, that wasn’t necessary. We carried out a specialist repair to the bath, resolving the leak without the need for replacement.

The final finish was seamless, you wouldn’t even know where the repair had been done.

Testing my abilities today with something new

As with all our bathroom projects, we stripped everything back to the original surface to ensure the best possible base to work from, And we’re glad we did. Once the old tiles were removed, sections of the original sand and cement backing began to fail. We repaired and rebuilt this to a high standard, creating a solid, flawless surface ready for the new shower panels and correct adhesion.

We’re extremely happy with how this one turned out!
