On this property We raked back the mortar and repointed the full front and gable side of the property- Giving the Property a fresh look and making sure all the joints was solid and weather resistant.

We also Replaced the old worn out lead bay window roofs and replaced them with EPDM Rubber Roofing System ensuring that the property was watertight.

We also replaced the front gutters with black square along with all new downpipes.

We stripped back the old lead flat roof.
And fitted a EPDM Rubber roof.

We replace the old wooden fascia board with a new uPVC fascia board.

Giving it the modern touch. Matching in with the fascia’s soffits and gutters we previously installed on the property.
