What makes a garden feel connected from front to back?

At this Barnsley project, the front and back gardens were redesigned as one scheme.

Similar materials and planting appear throughout the property. They are not identical, but they are repeated carefully so the spaces feel related as you move through them.

Strong lines bring structure. Evergreen planting softens the edges. Anthracite pergolas and lighting carry the darker tones through the garden, balanced with warm timber and porcelain paving.

Each space has its own purpose, but together the garden reads as one cohesive design.

When a client gives us feedback like this, we know we nailed the brief.

In this project, we chose the sunniest spot in the garden for a relaxed lounge seating area – to stretch out those long summer days.

A leafy Wisteria canopy adds a touch of shade and privacy, while keeping the terrace open for an uninterrupted view of the stunning water feature opposite.

Whether it’s a morning coffee, leisurely lunch or an evening spent entertaining – the goal is always to spend more time outdoors.

Tucked away to the side of our client’s Nottinghamshire home, this partially enclosed dining terrace offers a year-round space for them to cook, entertain and unwind.

We designed and built a bespoke gazebo, featuring a clear corrugated roof, with the British weather in mind ☔ so that they could dine alfresco way beyond the summer months.

The integrated kitchen and use of natural wood blends seamlessly with the rest of the garden and is set off nicely by festoon lighting as well as a colourful mix of plants. 🌿

Cosy evenings gathered around the fire pit 🔥

Overlooking the expansive lawn, this sandstone terrace is the perfect spot to extend evenings in the garden with family and friends.

The curved seating area was custom-built to fit the modular garden sofa chosen by our client, for a precise, elegant finish.

Raised planters and a modern sail shade offer a sense of privacy, with festoon lighting adding a warm, inviting glow.

What’s your favourite way to relax in the garden? 🌿

For many, the answer is to carve out a space for wellness; creating a garden that doubles up as a relaxing spa.

In the project we chose a quiet spot to add this stylish wood fired hot tub from , screened off by fencing and cypress trees, for a sense of privacy and tranquillity.

Warm toned wooden decking accentuates the colour of the tub, giving a natural look whilst providing comfortable access for walking barefoot.

Soft, diffused lighting and beautifully scented lavender flowers make the perfect finishing touches to this garden oasis.

We recently revamped a garden and driveway, turning it into a stunning year-round outdoor haven with a modern-Mediterranean vibe. Our goal was to blend style with function, creating the perfect spaces for relaxing and socialising 💫

At the heart of the garden is a cosy dining area under a timber pergola, complete with an outdoor kitchen for entertaining. Whether it's casual dinners or quiet moments, this space is designed for all occasions 🍽️

To enhance the garden's beauty, we added tall eucalyptus and cypress trees, along with fragrant lavender, bringing height and scent. A secluded corner features a wood fire hot tub, perfect for unwinding, with matching materials for a seamless look 🔥

The driveway received a stylish makeover with durable Sorrento sets, framed by granite stone borders for easy maintenance. Plus, a leafy hedge discreetly conceals the bin area, keeping the front garden neat and attractive 🌿

This project beautifully combines modern design with Mediterranean warmth, providing our client with an outdoor space they can enjoy all year round! ❤️

We’re so excited to share this beautiful garden we recently transformed! At its heart is a cosy shaded gazebo, the perfect spot to kick back, relax, and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings. Surrounded by colourful blooms like crocosmia, dahlias, and wisteria all around, it’s a real standout feature 🌺

We wanted to make this space as easy to enjoy as possible, so we kept things simple and low-maintenance. There’s also a spacious patio that’s perfect for hosting friends and family or just savouring a quiet moment outdoors ☀️

In one corner, we added a modern touch with rocks, pebbles, and just a bit of planting for a clean and polished look. Lush hedges and a charming summerhouse tie it all together beautifully 💚

To top it all off, a soothing water feature brings a calm, peaceful vibe to the space. The gentle sounds and zen-inspired details make this garden the perfect outdoor retreat 💧
