Had to Float and set a wall yesterday as well as a few odd bit of blending g in here and there as the customer didn’t want entire areas done , he’s was happy with how it turned out

I just wonder if either local councillors actually lived down Thomas Bata Ave that they would actually do something about the disgrace of a mess at the part finished development it’s a eyesore it’s a health and safety it’s a embarrassment to have people come and visit the area, the pavement it a death trap for the elderly, and young children
I wonder if it was on there doorstep, like it is ours that they would start making some noise with the powers that be and get it sorted, I worked with major developers for years, and there is no way on earth that we would of got away, with leaving that eyesore, why don’t auction off any materials that are on-site any containers, and put the money towards a fence to close in the eyesore

Did this panelling for a customer in Orsett lot of brain ache but the results are worth it customer is over the moon, I did do their lounge for them a few weeks ago 1 feature wall loads of designs possible PM for a free no obligation fixed price quotation

Did some flooring and skirting boards for a very nice couple in East Tilbury
I had to ply the floor out with 6 mm ply tho out the lounge
Make up a 18 mm difference in plywood between lounge and dining room, and latex the hallway to bring all the levels together.
Customer chose a LVT by polyfloor in herringbone, k laugh out loud aid at 45 degrees down the length, with a double border in the same size plank
Customer then called me back to do the skirting boards for them, I used a 8 inch MDF pre primed skirting
We can lay any type of flooring in many designs and carry out all prep work inc plywood, self levelling , we also have a product that can be used over existing ceramic tiles and then have LVT fitted over the new surface

Installed this LVT floor for a new customer last week in there brand new property the floor was laid in the herringbone pattern total of 30sqm hallway , cloakroom, Understair cupboard, and kitchen diner
